1. "Why do I need to supply a Registration number for a parts enquiry?" To enable the parts department to obtain your vehicle details and quote/supply the correct parts required.
2. "What time do you open & close?" Cannon Toyota's Hours of operation are: Sales Monday - Saturday 8:30am to 6:00pm Service Monday - Friday 7:30am to 5:30pm Parts Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:30pm

4. "I've broken down and need the Breakdown/Toyota Roadside Assistance number?" The number for Toyota Road Side Assistance is 1800 176 837
5. "When is my next car payment due?" You must contact your finance company for this information. Toyota's Finance contact details are 13 72 00
6. "I need to know my delivery date?" Please contact your salesperson who will assist you to set up Customer Order Web Tracking.
7. "What does drive away mean?" Drive Away No More to Pay - This price includes dealer and government costs borne by the consumer, such as stamp duty, dealer delivery (if it is a new vehicle) and accessories that are either factory fitted or dealer fitted on this particular vehicle. Other Costs associated with car insurance etc are not included unless stated. Drive Away prices are indicative only - government charges vary according to the purchaser's personal circumstances (for example, postcode, driving history and how the purchaser intends to use the vehicle). Consult Cannon Toyota to determine charges applicable to you.
8. "Why wasn't my car washed when in for a Service?" We have to work within the constraints of the water restrictions and are only able to provide the space for one person. This person can only wash a limited amount of vehicles per day and we prioritise customers we have mailed with this offer first.
